Dogs versus Cats.
Can you really compare dogs and cats? Cat Stevens not withstanding, there is no comparison.
Dogs are much better.
Regardless of what anyone tells you or how many cats they have, dogs will always be better than cats. And at the risk of alienating potential clients, below is why we believe this.
- Dogs always always always run to you when you arrive home. True, this may be nothing more than a dopey response to a stimulus of a garage door sounds, but as far as we know, we are the most important thing in the world to our dog. And our dog reinforces this every day.
- When dogs are hungry, they will do a little bark or growl to let you know. Cats not so much.
- Dogs rarely, if ever, bring you “gifts” they stalk and capture in the backyard, sneak into the house with and leave for your to find in an infrequently visited part of your house.
- Dogs will not knock over everything they can just for fun and not care at all about the ensuing damage.
While the above is all empirically true and proven, we may be biased since we are allergic to cats. Hard to love something that makes you sneeze, your eyes swell up and your throat close within five minutes of being in the same environment.
All of this being said, we are open to understand other points of view regardless of how misguided they may be.
